Questions buyers often ask
Short answers here; we are happy to go into detail for your product.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. For most food and agri products we work in full container loads (one 20 ft container and up); trial orders and LCL can be discussed for first shipments.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. We send samples against a written specification before you commit. Sample and courier costs are agreed up front and can be adjusted against your first order.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Letter of credit (LC) at sight, advance T/T, or documents against payment (D/P) for established buyers. Payment terms are always written into the contract.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CFR and CIF from Indian ports are most common. We also quote EXW and DAP on request.
How long does an order take?
Typically two to six weeks from contract to loading, depending on product, packing and certification, plus sea transit to your port. We give a dated plan with every quotation.
I am a producer in India. Can I supply to you?
Yes. Choose "A supplier" in the form and tell us your product, grades, monthly capacity, ex-works price and your FSSAI / GST details. We visit shortlisted suppliers before we sign a supply agreement.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, for selected products. We can pack under your brand with your artwork, subject to the labelling rules of your market.
